Hugh has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer and a Master of Business Administration with 14 years experience in the HVAC industry.  This includes the particular areas of industrial refrigeration, project management, machanical services design and consulting.

Hugh has been working with Efficiency Technologies Australia for 12 months developing and managing the installation of Efftrack^TM Advanced Chiller Optimisation.

Steve Lucas has been in the security industry for over 10 years.  Since joining Tridium in 2005, he has held a variety of positions including operations manager for professional services, security product manager, and security sales manager for the Vykon channel.  Currently, Steve is the business leader for Tridium’s efforts in the physical security industry. 

Preceding his time at Tridium, Steve gained extensive experience in the security industry through a variety of senior systems engineering and program management positions with Johnson Controls Security Systems.  Steve received a B.S. in electrical engineering with distinction from the Virginia Military Institute.

Mike has substantial international and Asian experience in multinational companies. A focused leader and team player with a strong understanding of Energy Management and  high tech solutions. Mike joined Tridium in October 2000 and he heads up the Tridium business in Asia Pacific.

Previous roles were held with Siebe (now Invensys) in Asia, Australia and the UK and five years in Telecommunications/Data Communications in Asia . Mike is based in Thailand and he actively visits, China , India , Korea , Australia and other Asian countries, developing relationships and business opportunities.

Scott Muench is Director of Corporate Accounts for Tridium, Inc.  Scott has over 20 years experience in the building automation and controls industry.  Since joining Tridium in 2001 he has held a variety of positions including Technical Certification Program (TCP) trainer, Technical Services group manager and Inside Sales team manager. Currently Scott fulfills a variety of roles from corporate sales technical lead, to business development. Scott is a past president of the Northeast chapter of ASHRAE, and is also host of TridiumTALK, a monthly Webinar series centered on issues facing the BAS industry and the Niagara Community.

Prior to joining Tridium, Marc served as Vice President at Patrick Marketing Group where he developed marketing and communication initiatives for a variety of global technology companies. Preceding his time at Patrick Marketing Group, Marc held the position of Vice President at ConnectedBrands where he was responsible for the company’s Technology and Telecommunications Practice. Marc serves as a business advisory board member to M2M Magazine and has been recognized by the Realcomm organization as one of the top 35 People to Watch in 2008.

William Sandoval is Director of Business Development at Tridium. His responsibilities include guiding the company’s expansion into new markets and businesses including Telecom, Residential, and  Latin America  .

Prior to joining Tridium, William spent 12 years at Lutron Electronics and Philips Lighting Electronics, Inc. During this time he developed lighting control products such as Digital microwatt, and Equos. He also patented Spec Editor, a specification writing tool for the lighting control industry.

William holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Minors in Mathematics and Physics from  Florida  International  University .
